All Investigations are performed under terms of a contractual agreement and with strict adherence to client privacy. A complete comprehensive written report detailing investigative activities will be included in every assignment.

CONFIDENTIALITY STATEMENT:
Any information gathered during the course of an investigation by Golden Glow Investigative & Protective Services, LLC shall be the sole and exclusive property of Golden Glow Investigative & Protective Services, LLC and the client. We shall not, for any reason, directly or indirectly divulge confidential information obtained during the course of an investigation. The exception will be that Golden Glow Investigative & Protective Services, LLC must submit any documents and or give verbal testimony in a court of law, if required by the issuing of a subpoena by the courts.

The client agrees to pay all expenses incurred by Golden Glow Investigative & Protective Services, LLC during the course of an investigation, and as agreed.
At the completion of an investigation, and with the forwarding of the complete written report, the client will be billed for all services and expenses. The bill is to be paid upon receipt of the final report, and no later than seven business days from the date of mailing.
The signature of the client and/or authorized official representative of the client is required in order for contracts to be binding.
